This is a quick test app based on the Arduino LiquidCrystal library,

modified to use an AP_HAL instead of the Arduino core.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
I tested it with a Freetronics 16x2 LCD shield v2 on an Arduino Mega 2560.
