Andrew Tridgell	c72c1de99e	AP_Module: removed create() method for objects See discussion here: https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/issues/7331 we were getting some uninitialised variables. While it only showed up in AP_SbusOut, it means we can't be sure it won't happen on other objects, so safest to remove the approach Thanks to assistance from Lucas, Peter and Francisco	7 years ago

Lucas De Marchi	ae53920e5b	build: don't build examples with old build system We currently check examples are buildable with waf which doesn't need the libraries to be specified in a make.inc file. Having the makefiles there is misleading since people try to build and realize the build is broken.	8 years ago
