px4dev 3292ea24a1 Switch to the standard 'verbose' build option. Use a better way of passing options to the linker that is closer to friendly with 'make export'.

px4dev f9a8818d1e Switch from -Os to -O3. This generates *much* faster code, although at a ~50% size penalty. We can afford the space.
